1. The original copy of the notarial deed No. 2011 No. 352 by the Defendant against Nonparty B is an executory exemplification of the notarial deed in the Clegal Office.
Reasons
1. The Defendant indicated the claim that: (a) a notary public against B performed the attachment execution on the attached list D/B kept on May 3, 2016 as an executory exemplification of the notarial deed No. 2011 No. 352 of C/L Office; and (b) the said article is owned by the Plaintiff.
