A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2019 Highest 3403] The defendant is a member of the reserve forces belonging to the safe guard unit.
On March 16, 2019, the Defendant failed to participate in the training, notwithstanding the receipt of a notice of call-up to attend the second supplementary training conducted on March 29, 2019, at the training site of the 2nd unit of the 2nd unit of the 2nd unit in Daegu Dong-dong, Daegu-dong, Daegu-dong on March 25, 2019 (15 carried forward) and the 8H of the 2nd supplementary training conducted on March 26, 2019 to March 29, 2019 (18 carried forward).
[2019 Highest 6428] On July 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) sent two copies of the call notice of the reserve forces to attend the “16-year small training (long-term training) 6 hours” at the training site of the Daegu-gu Reserve Forces on July 23, 2018; and (b) July 24, 2018; and (c) on July 27, 2018, the Defendant did not receive a call notice of the reserve forces on July 27, 2018, by sending two copies of the call notice of the reserve forces to attend the “16-year Eastern SPS 30 hours” conducted at the training site of the same Dong-gu Reserve Forces on July 27, 2018, with the Defendant’s consent of receiving mobile phone text messages and sending them again on the receipt, without justifiable reasons, on July 23, 2018; and (d) received the call notice of the reserve forces on July 27, 20184.
[200 Highest 521] The Defendant is a member of the reserve forces belonging to the Safety Zone.
1. On November 4, 2019, the Defendant, despite having received a notice of a call-up for training, failed to participate in the training without justifiable grounds despite having received directly a notice of a call-up to participate in the second training conducted at the training site of the 2nd reserve forces located in Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-ro, Daegu-gu, 18 November 18, 2019.
2. On November 15, 2019, at the same place as before and after the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) was conducted at the training site for the 2nd Reserve Forces in Daegu-gu, Daegu-ro on November 27, 2019 from November 29, 201 to November 29, 2019; (b) the second half half of the year (15 years); (c) the second half of the year (16 months).
