The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is just in finding the defendant guilty of each robbery, injury, and indecent act among the facts charged of this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules or by misapprehending the legal principles on the reinforcement of confession.

In addition, examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the records, it is just for the court below to reject the defendant's argument about the mental and physical disorder on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and there is no error of law by incomplete deliberation

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
