A Imprisonment for two years, Defendant B, C, and D shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,00,000,000, Defendant E shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,00,00.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A of “2017 Highest 1874” is the representative director of I Co., Ltd., the defendant B is a person who has obtained the second class national technical qualification of electrical construction engineer from the Korea Vocational Training Foundation on December 28, 1967. The defendant C is a person who has been issued by the Korea Electrical Construction Association on May 27, 200 the electrical construction engineer career pocket book (issuance Number) from the Korea Electrical Construction Association, the defendant D is a person who has acquired the national technical qualification of boiler construction engineer (qualification number U) from the Human Resources Development Service of Korea on September 4, 2006, and the defendant Eul is a person who has been issued by the Korea Electrical Construction Association of Korea on January 6, 200 the career pocket for electrical construction engineer (issuance Number V).

1. Defendant A’s crime;

A. The Defendant violated the National Technical Qualification Act and the Act on Electrical Construction Business: (a) registered I as an electrical construction business operator; and (b) had a mind to borrow a national technical qualification certificate and an electrical construction engineer’s career pocketbook from another person in order to meet the qualification requirements for the participants of WW projects implemented by the Korea Energy Corporation.

1) Around May 2013, the Defendant committed the instant crime was issued a certificate of class 2 (registration number S) electrical construction engineer in his name and a career pocketbook (issuance number X) for electrical construction engineer in the name of Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, and submitted it to the Gyeonggi-do Office Industrial Support Division of Gyeonggi-do for the registration of the instant electrical construction business by Staff Haman Company I on November 2014.

Accordingly, the defendant borrowed another person's national technical qualification certificate and used another person's career pocketbook for electrical construction engineer.

2) On February 2014, 2014, the Defendant, who committed the instant crime, requested C to request C to provide a career pocketbook for electrical construction engineer career to “I to leave his/her career pocketbook for a few months, because he/she has not yet requested C to provide his/her employees,” and issued his/her name electrical construction engineer career pocketbook (T) to C.
