1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 166,274,725 to Plaintiff A, and KRW 3,00,000 to Plaintiff B, and each of the said money.
Reasons
1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. Fact-finding 1) Defendant interesting State Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant interesting State Fire”)

2) On December 16, 2012, C, as follows, driven the Defendant 1’s vehicle (Ma2) around 05:25 on December 16, 2012, C, at a limited speed of 110km/h (110km/h) and stopped at a speed of approximately 100 km/h (100 km near the Sinnam-Eup/ Myeonndong-si, while driving at a speed of about 100 km and stopping at the right side of the road at a speed of h/h.
