1. The defendant shall pay 119,967,00 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from May 19, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendant (the original trade name was changed to the current trade name on January 3, 2018) was incorporated on May 2, 2017 with the business purpose of shopping malls, electronic commerce, communications sales, distribution of household goods, export and import of goods, etc., and Nonparty D’s management as the representative director around August 22, 2017, and Nonparty E retires from the representative director and operates Nonparty E as the representative director.

B. The Defendant, a company operating online shopping mall (F and G) located in Hong Congo, was engaged in the business of mediating the transaction of goods between the domestic product manufacturers and sellers and H to supply goods to HELD (HLd; hereinafter referred to as "Sgo corporation"), and the Defendant and H3 parties. The actual transaction between the domestic product suppliers and the Defendant and H3 parties was conducted as follows.
