Criminal facts
The facts constituting the cause of the attachment order (defendant A) and the person subject to a request for attachment order (hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") are as follows: (a) the defendant and the person subject to a request for attachment order (hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") are as customers to the "DPC" of the first floor of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building C; and (b) the victim E (20) is as a person who works as a part-time trainee from the DPC bank
On October 14, 2018, the Defendant, from around 06:50 on October 14, 2018, committed a dispute with the victim, who was part of his game, and was engaged in his game first, on the ground that the victim, who was part of his game, was not able to properly display the job and the situation seems to be safe.
