Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim D(n, 29 years of age) are the workplace club relationship where the defendant and the victim together worked at the F University Admission Promotion Office located in Gwangjin-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City from October 201 to March 2015.

1. On November 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act by compulsion on the part of November 5, 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act by compulsion by compulsion on the part of the victim D (the age of 28 at that time) who was sitting on the right side of the vehicle during the meeting of the department at a line in which the trade name in the Seoyang-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City is unknown; (b) on November 19, 2014, the Defendant took away the left hand of the victim’s seat against his/her will; and (c) continuously knee-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe

2. On December 11, 2014, the Defendant committed indecent act by compulsion on December 11, 2014, on the part of the victim D (the age of 28 at that time) who was seated on the right side of the Plaintiff’s left hand from the top finial of “I” in the name “I” located near the H basin located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City G, on December 11, 2014, with his own left hand, and committed indecent act by force by putting the victim’s left hand on the victim’s left hand.

3. On February 12, 2015, the Defendant committed indecent act by compulsion on February 12, 2015, by compulsion, on the part of the victim’s left hand against the victim’s will, after holding at the F University Admission Promotion Office located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “F University Admission Promotion Office”) standing above the victim’s left hand, and committing indecent act by coercioning the victim’s left hand against the victim’s will.

4. Indecent acts by compulsion on February 28, 2015;

A. On February 28, 2015, at around 19:30 on February 28, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim D (the age of 29) who was seated on the left side of the department line among the lines of the department’s meeting, as he/she took custody of his/her left hand against his/her will.

B. The Defendant avoided the Defendant’s indecent act in the above paragraph (a) at the above date and at the above time and place, and again, was inside the victim’s right side of the Defendant’s left side.
