Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is a person subject to military service.

When a person without military service moves his place of residence, he shall file a move-in report within 14 days.

Nevertheless, even though the Defendant moved the place of residence to "Seoul Mine-gu C and 404" from "Sasan-si, Gunsan-si" in January 2017, the Defendant did not make a move-in report to the head of the Dong having jurisdiction over the place of residence within 14 days without justifiable grounds.
