Punishment of the crime

[2014 High 829] On March 24, 2013, the Defendant issued a letter of 14,500 won to the middle of eating meals at a D restaurant operated by the victim C located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, which is operated by the victim C, and issued a letter of 14,500 won to the middle of eating, and from the restaurant employees, the Defendant issued a letter of her “speling pigs on the bus.”

이에 식당종업원이 피고인에게 “우리는 볶아서 한다. 식당에 오지 말라.”라고 대꾸하자, 피고인은 이에 화가 나 식당종업원에게 “니가 얼마나 빽이 좋냐, 개새끼야.”라고 욕을 하며, 테이블에 있던 냅킨을 담아 놓은 그릇을 식당 바닥에 집어 던져 부수는 등 위력을 행사하여 피해자의 식당영업업무를 방해하였다.

[2013 high-level 828] The Defendant found the “D” shop operated by the victim on the ground that the victim C filed a report prior to interfering with the business, and obstructed the victim’s normal business affairs, such as: (a) from March 28, 2013 to March 01:45, to October 02: (b) from March 28, 2013, the Defendant opened the entrance, opened the entrance, opened the entrance on the front floor of the entrance; (c) “hinging the lock due to the collapse, making the hand off, was hick and hicked; and (d) interfered with the victim’s normal business affairs.”
