Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

On February 7, 2013, the Defendant asked C to seek psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related kylphones, and then asked D to seek kylphones.

In this day, the defendant in Daegu Nam-gu and C promised to trade about 0.25 g of 400,000 the Defendant and D, and C to trade in 40,000.

On February 8, 2013, at around 18:00, the Defendant had D wait at the first floor of the above telecom, and then had C, who was enrolled at the above telecom 307, the Defendant got her cash of KRW 700,000.

The Defendant was well aware of the circumstances that C would pay KRW 400,000, which is a part of the above KRW 700,000, to D as the purchase price of phiphones.

In other words, the Defendant, who was waiting to get off the above telephone into the first floor and waited at the above telephone, had the above telephone 307 telephone 0.24g, and C paid KRW 400,000 to D.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones between D and C.

2. The crime of this case on the grounds of sentencing under the proviso of Article 67 of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. shall be traded by the defendant on the penphone.
