On March 18, 2016, around 00:50, the Defendant driven a B-learning car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.135% from the 1km section between the Masan Station in the Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Muwon-si, Muwon-si, to the 15th degree south of the Masan-si, Changwon-si.
