Punishment of the crime

On June 16, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor due to an injury, etc. by the District Court of the Republic of Korea on April 17, 2018.

The defendant of "2019 Highest 153" is a street store in the government B market, and the victim C (55 years old) is a person who collects the abolition in the B market.

On September 28, 2018, around 00:35, the Defendant committed assault against the victim by using flapsing candles, flapsing over the floor, drinking flapsing over the body of the victim due to drinking flapsing and flapsing, etc. while putting in dispute with the victim, who arranged the abolition in the street side of E Bank D, by the Government-si.

The defendant of "2019 Highest 338" is a person who has been punished by assault against the victim F (the age of 43).

At around 23:10 on January 13, 2019, the Defendant, without any justifiable reason, sold the face of the victim who fright in front of the H store located in G at the Government-si, with drinking once a week without any reason, and fested the victim's head head from the victim's head, thereby causing the victim's bodily injury in the number of days of treatment.

On February 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 21:40 on February 21, 2019, the Defendant: (b) placed the victim N(51) who was a guest of his/her bath at the M cafeteria L, and (c) caused the victim of his/her bath to face with his/her will, and (d) caused the victim who was seated with him/her to face with his/her bridge, and (e) placed the victim on the front side of his/her bridge on the treatment days.
