A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 15:00 on January 18, 2019, the Defendant paid KRW 100,000 to D (the age of 17) that he became aware of through the 'B hotel in Bupyeong-si B, Busan, through the 'C', and provided sexual intercourse once.

Accordingly, the defendant was committing the act of purchasing juvenile sex.

Reasons for sentencing

1. Scope of punishment by law: One year to ten years;

2.
