Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

From May 29, 2017 to August 13, 2017, the Defendant, at the home of the victim D (V, 69 years old) located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul 126 Dong 1902, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, was engaged in the nursing of the victim.

No person shall commit violence against a person aged 65 or older, and shall commit emotional abuse detrimental to the mental health of older persons by verbal abuse, intimidation, threat, etc.

1) Nevertheless, on July 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) took care of the victim’s house from time to time on the ground that the victim was faced with her hair; (b) took care of the victim’s hair; and (c) assaulted the victim at Paris Bonds twice the victim’s hair; and (d) on July 7, 2017, the Defendant took care of the victim’s bed with a newspaper that was being exposed for the same reason as described in paragraph (i) above; and (b) took care of the victim’s bed, the Defendant took care of the victim on the ground that the victim was able to take care of for the same year and the same year; (c) took care of the victim, who did not take care of the victim; and (d) took care of the victim’s mental health through verbal abuse; and (d) took care of the victim’s emotional abuse on the ground that the Defendant took care of the victim’s emotional abuse on the part of the victim.
