A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 특수 재물 손괴 피고인은 2018. 2. 15. 01:42 경 광양시 C에 있는 피해자 D이 운영하는 ‘E’ 주점에서, 다른 테이블 손님 F과 술에 취해 몸싸움을 하며 다투다가 위 F 일행이 피고인을 주점 밖으로 밀어내고 출입문을 잠그자 격분하여 인근 편의점에서 구매한 접이 식과도( 총 길이 22cm, 칼날 길이 9cm), 그 곳 노상에 있던 벽돌로 주점 출입문 잠금장치를 수 회 내려찍고 발로 문을 수 회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the main entrance of the victim's possession to be 2.50,000 won of repair.

2. A special intimidation: (a) around 01:42 on February 15, 2018, at the main point of “E”, the Defendant: (b) destroyed the main entrance and entered the main entrance as above; and (c) threatened the victim F (F) with a clock of a dangerous thing (22cm in total length, 9cm in length); and (d) threatened the victim with a clock of a dangerous thing (9cm in length).
