A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant attempted to commit fraud and fraud, along with the staff of the Kakao Stockholm organization, to which the Defendant belongs, using the name “B” under the name of the Kakao Stockholm, and the staff of the scam group (the call center) would misrepresent the victim by misrepresenting himself with the staff of the financial institution at a low interest rate.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the name infinite victim, acquired the property from the victim.

B. On May 13, 2020, a person under whose name was the cause of the commission of the criminal act on the one hand committed on May 13, 2020, misrepresenting C staff regardless of the absence of the intent or ability to grant a loan on May 13, 2020, thereby making the victim I by telephone, and “a loan will be made at a low interest rate.”

It is possible to provide loans only when the existing loans in J are to be repaid.

On May 13, 2020, the Defendant, at around 19:10 on May 13, 202, misrepresented the victim’s Ma in front of the city of Busan to receive 12 million won as a repayment for the loan from the damaged party.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the name infinite victim, acquired the property from the victim.

On May 14, 2020, the Defendant committed a crime on May 14, 202, with the description set forth in Section 1-B, around 12:15 on May 14, 2020, in front of the NO of the Busan BG building.
