A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 200,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 2017, the Defendant is a driver of a Category C car, driving the said vehicle at a level of 0.106% alcohol level among blood transfusions at around 20:10 on August 26, 2017, starting from a place of view in the opening of the Eup in Busan-gun, Busan-gun, and driving the vehicle at a level of about 10 meters up to the front day of the load.
