Punishment of the crime

1. On July 6, 2018, around 14:20 on July 6, 2018, Defendant A appeared as a witness in the Seoul Southern District Court No. 409, the Seoul Southern District Court, located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, 392, and took an oath against the above court as a witness of the special injury case against Defendant A.

피고인은 검사가 “왜 다치게 된 것인가요”라고 질문하자, “화장실에 가다가 넘어져서 문지방에 찧어서 그렇게 되었습니다”라고 대답하고, 변호인이 “아까 문턱에 부딪쳐서 얼굴을 긁혔다고 했는데 그것이 맞는가요”라고 질문하자, “예”라고 대답하여 피고인이 스스로 넘어져 다친 것이라고 증언하였다.

The Defendant testified to the effect that, when the prosecutor asked “A dwarfy,” “A was drunk and drinking alcohol, but the Defendant immediately sent to the next toilet, and asked “I saw it to go beyond the toilets,” and “I am the face,” and testified to the effect that I am out of the toilets.” The Defendant testified to the effect that “I am out of the toilet threshold,” and that I am the face.
