Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 03:53 on August 15, 2016, through through Dong Young-si Ba, left the ground floor of the son which is a dangerous object for the separate collection of apartments; (b) took the head part of the son, f2 years old; (c) took the right arms of the victim C (the 62 years old); and (d) took the victim’s desire to “whether he has paid the money for the same year,” and (d) expressed the attitude that he would inflict any harm on the victim’s life or body, such as taking the head debt of the victim and skeing it.
