Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is an autonomous management organization composed of occupants to manage the “A Apartment” apartment in Busan-gun, Busan-gun (hereinafter “instant apartment”), and Defendant B is an executor who sold the instant apartment, and Defendant C is a contractor who newly built the instant apartment (hereinafter “new construction”), and Defendant C is the company that guaranteed Defendant C’s obligation to repair the defects of the instant apartment.
