Punishment of the crime
[2017 Highest 332]
1. A crime committed on September 20, 2017;
A. On September 20, 2017, around 23:35, the Defendant driven CM cars with alcohol concentration 0.219% while under the influence of alcohol level 0.219%, without obtaining a driver’s license from the front Do of the Incheon Commercial High School located in the Yacheon-si, Incheon High School to the front 200 meters prior to the said Do-dong Middle School.
B. The Defendant, at the above date, operated the C E-W car, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, at the same time and place.
2. A crime committed on October 2, 2017;
A. On October 2, 2017, around 21:50, the Defendant driven a Maz car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 1.2 km section from around 21:50, to the fixed door of the same city police station in the same city, the Defendant driven a Maz car under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.148% during blood.
B. The Defendant, at the above date, operated the C E-W car, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, at the same time and place.

1. On October 3, 2017, the Defendant was driven under the influence of alcohol by Gman on the road in front of the E cafeteria located in Do, No. 3,00 on October 3, 2017, with the effect that “A vehicle coming from the alleyway is unable to avoid so that it is difficult for him/her to avoid so that he/she would not drive the vehicle.” Upon receiving a report from 112, the Defendant was driven under the influence of alcohol by Gman, who was dispatched to the said place by Gman affiliated with the F District of the Police Station of the Incheon Police Station, the Defendant 112, while driving the vehicle, such as smelling from the Defendant and drinking on his/her face.
There are reasonable grounds to see that it was demanded to comply with the alcohol testing by inserting the whole breath for about 20 minutes, but it did not comply with the alcohol testing without justifiable grounds.
2. On October 3, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) on the road section: C. without obtaining a driver’s license from the Do near the Do in the Seocheon-dong, Incheon-si, Incheon-si to the front road located in D in the same City.
