Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Before September 2015, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim to “the victim’s home located in Seongdong-gu in Seongdong-gu, Seoul on the ground that the victim did not hear the victim’s horse; (b) the Defendant entered the Defendant’s home in Seongdong-gu, Seoul on the ground that he did not hear the victim’s horse; (c) the Defendant stated the victim’s photograph as “the name: C”; and (d) the Defendant sent the victim with the victim’s photograph attached to the victim’s photo, and then sent it to the victim by handphone; and (d) the Defendant sent the victim the victim the phone to “if the victim continues to sing at singing, he would know the fact at singing; and (d) made the victim threaten by doing so as to inflict any harm on the victim’s reputation.”

2. On May 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) on May 15, 2016, the Defendant: (b) requested the said victim C to “a request to show the content of handphone conversations so that he/she can have arrived at singing; (c) but was refused, the Defendant assaulted the victim by making the victim’s face and face with his/her hand on his/her hand while fighting with one another.
