1. The Defendants each of the KRW 14,500,000 to the Plaintiff and the Defendant from April 15, 2009 to January 12, 2016.

On April 14, 2009, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 29 million to the Defendants at 5% per annum and due date on December 14, 2009.

Therefore, the Defendants are obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed interest rate of KRW 14.5 million from April 15, 2009 to the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case (Defendant C, January 12, 2016, and September 4, 2015) as sought by the Plaintiff, at the rate of 5% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment.

(3) Defendant D’s claim is accepted by the Plaintiff. (4) Defendant D’s claim is that the Plaintiff did not appear at the date of pleading more than three times and did not submit any evidence.
