Punishment of the crime

At around 17:20 on March 19, 2019, the Defendant, while taking meals at the Suwon-si B building in Suwon-si, and the “D” restaurant operated by the victim C (the 59-year-old) of the second floor, was under the influence of alcohol, made the victim hump, and humbs located therein, laid down a string and a humbbbbbb, and prevented customers from entering the restaurant and entering the restaurant, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by force.
