A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 18, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court on July 14, 2010, and completed the execution of the sentence at Seongdong-gu District Court on July 14, 201, and on June 21, 2007, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act, and was not a person handling narcotics.
1. The Defendant, at around 19:00 on February 2, 2012, at the Defendant’s residence located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, requested D to seek psychotropic drugs mecloids (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”). At around 01:00 on the following day, at around 01:15g of a philopon contained in D from his residence, 1 meclopon included in D in a single-use injection instrument, and around 20:30 on February 13, 2012, she received one mecopon from a male incopon containing 0.15g of a melopon.
As above, the Defendant traded philophones.
2. Medication of phiphones.

B.
