A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around September 9, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Death or Injury caused by rape, etc.) committed a rape on the road near the land processing plant E, a stock company located in Ansan-si D, with a view to rapeing the victim F (hereinafter the age of 17) who was walking at the place, leading the victim to a car, thereby raising his/her hands on the victim's shoulder, and threatening him/her "abbbing and using the victim's shoulder," thereby threatening the victim "abunding and making him/her go against the victim's shoulder," which the victim was at risk of her resistance, to put his/her finger hand on the victim's knife, who was in his/her possession, and continuously led the victim to rape without being able to violate the victim's sexual intercourse."

2. Around 04:35 on August 18, 2007, the Defendant discovered the victim I (or 20 years of age) in a parking lot operated in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, for the purpose of committing rape. Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and attempted to rape the victim.
