1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 207,00,000 won with 12% per annum from June 27, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. The statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal is amended and promulgated by Presidential Decree No. 29768 on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019, the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 27, 2020 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, shall be recognized, and the portion in excess shall be dismissed.
