Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:55 on March 1, 2013, the Defendant driven a rocketing car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.141% under the influence of alcohol over approximately 1 Km from March 1, 2013 to the same Dri-distance from the Defendant’s residence to the same Dori-distance.

2. On June 11, 2013, the Defendant driven an E rocketing vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.065% of alcohol level 0.065% through a section of about 5 KK at the Sinpo-dong, Seopo-dong, Sinpo-dong, Sinpo-dong, Sinpo-dong, Sinpo-dong, Sinpo-dong.
