A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

From November 2013, the Defendant was at the age of 31 to the victim D (Woo, 31) and the string, and was at around August 2014.

1.
