A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BP car.

1. On September 29, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the death or injury caused before the risk), even though he/she is unable to drive normally due to the influence of alcohol level of 0.195% among blood transfusions on September 20, 2018, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a speed of about 60km per hour depending on the speed of 1:0 meters per hour, depending on the one-laned road in front of the D located in Asan City, Asan City, by driving the said vehicle at a speed of 0.195%.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, and caused the injury to the victim E, such as salt pans, tensions, etc. in need of a three-day medical treatment, and the victim G (V, 42 years old) who is the seat of the damaged vehicle, to the light chills and tensions in need of a three-day medical treatment.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driving the said vehicle from around 2.5 km to D’s front roads located in Asisi in the 257-10 Gambrop parking lot with the influence of alcohol 0.195% during blood at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, and from the place under the influence of alcohol, the said vehicle was driven from around 2.5km to D’s front roads located in Asisi C.
