A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,00,000 as a fine for a violation of road traffic law (driving) in the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court.

On August 19, 2020, the Defendant driven an Efabdo in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.165% from around 21:45 to the roads of D convenience stores located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do., the Defendant driven an Efabdo under the influence of alcohol level of about 4 Km in approximately 0.165%.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking alcohol driving regulations not less than twice.

In full view of the criminal records of the defendant's like crime, the degree of drinking, driving circumstances, distance, etc., the age, sexual behavior, environment, etc. of the defendant for the reason of sentencing under Article 62-2 of the Criminal Act, the punishment as ordered shall be determined as above;
