The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (e.g., imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months) that the court below sentenced against the defendant is too unreasonable.

2. The judgment of the court below is a favorable condition such as the defendant's perception of all the facts of each of the crimes of this case and reflects the defendant's mistake in depth, and there is no record of criminal punishment. However, each of the crimes of this case is not less complicated in light of the law of crime and the degree of damage by deceiving victims by active means and receiving a total of KRW 60 million from the victims. The defendant failed to reach an agreement with the victims because he could not make proper repayment of damage until the trial. In addition, considering the motive and background leading up to each of the crimes of this case, circumstances leading to each of the crimes of this case, the defendant's age, character and conduct, environment, etc., the sentencing of the court below is too unreasonable. Thus, the above argument of the defendant is without merit.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the ground that it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
