Punishment of the crime

On May 7, 2011, at around 19:50, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender on the suspicion that he/she committed assault against D in relation to the instant case at the C market parking lot located in Gwangjuyang-si, upon receiving a report of D in relation to the instant case, by G during the police box belonging to the Mineyang Police Station, and by the senior police officer H.
