A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
To the defendant, the defendant shall complete the sexual assault treatment program for a period of 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On February 22, 2012, the Defendant was released on September 28, 2012 and the parole period expired on November 9, 2012 while serving in prison after being sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for an injury at the Busan District Court.
[Criminal facts]
1. A special injury;
A. From October 19, 2014 to 15:00 on October 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) made the victim’s house located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan; (b) made the victim D (the victim 24 years of age) to purchase the Defendant’s house at her mother’s house in the ship’s brea site operated by the Defendant’s mother; and (c) made the Defendant self-esteem of the Defendant, on the ground that the Defendant’s face and body was frighten in front of others; (d) made the victim’s show with the face and body fright; and (e) made the victim a shower with the upper part of the victim’s body after having her bended to the upper part of the body; and (e) made the victim’s sound back to the lower part of the victim’s bucks, with the victim’s bucks that need to be recovered from both sides, and then cut to both sides of the victim’s buck.
B.
