The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are dismissed in entirety.

The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties (1) Plaintiff A is the husband of the deceased G (hereinafter “the deceased”). Plaintiff B and C are the children of the deceased, and Plaintiff D is the mother of the deceased.

(2) Defendant Educational Foundation E (hereinafter “Defendant E”) is a legal entity that establishes and operates a H Hospital (hereinafter “H Hospital”); Defendant Incorporated Foundation F (hereinafter “Defendant F”) is a legal entity that establishes and operates an I Hospital (hereinafter “I Hospital”).

B. (1) On August 5, 2016, the Deceased’s hospitalization at H Hospital, etc. (1) sent four-day leave from July 31, 2016 to August 4, 2016 to four-day leave in the territory of the Philippines. On August 4, 2016, the Deceased arrived at Seoul and received treatment at his/her own expense by means of an individual’s pain certificate, and the clothes were more severe, and around August 5, 2016, the Deceased was placed in the emergency room of H Hospital.

(2) The Deceased complained of the clothes and the heart on the part of the deceased, and the medical personnel at H Hospital discovered blood test, the heart map, X-ray photographing, the portrait and the Computerization team shooting (CT) for the purpose of the diagnosis, and found out the single string of the diversous bee and the spathm of the spath and the spathm of the spathy.

8. Until August 14, 2016, multiple copies were generated, and around August 10, 2016, appeal for the right side urgical pain was also filed.

(2) In order to verify the cause of pains, medical professionals in H Hospital implemented a Computerization stratographing around August 5, 2016 and August 10, 2016, and implemented on August 10, 2016.
