Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the validity of the driver's license was suspended from May 4, 2013 to May 28, 2013, the Defendant driven approximately 1 km from May 14, 2013 to the front of the Hanyang apartment road in Gangnam-gu, Seoul at the pressure-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul at around 16:50 on May 14, 2013.
