Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 11:00 on November 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol at a restaurant cafeteria located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, the Defendant: (b) held the face of the victim D (the age of 47), who is a guest, who is a guest, intending to put the drinking water on the floor of the restaurant; and (c) calculates the drinking value; and (d) held the face of the victim D (the age of 47) as a hand-to-on and carried the victim’s right arms; and (d)

The Defendant interfered with business, at the above date, at the above time and place, laid the drinking water bottle on the floor of the said place, laid the pedal, laid down the pedal, and interfered with the victim E restaurant business between approximately 30 minutes by avoiding the disturbance.
