1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 2,00,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from May 10, 201 to the date of full payment.

1. Occurrence of liability for damages;

A. The facts of recognition 1) Party’s related racing and Dodong District Land Partition Association (hereinafter “Non-Party Association”)

) The company is the executor of the land readjustment project in the Dong-si, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong (353,700 square meters), and the Do-do Housing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Ban-do Housing”).

(1) The Postal Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Postal Construction”) is an agent entrusted with the execution of the said land readjustment project by the Nonparty Union.

A) The said construction work was contracted with the said land readjustment project. On the other hand, the apartment house was built and sold under the said land readjustment project zone 36 block block (50,947 square meters) and the 13th floor of the ground-based apartment (hereinafter “instant housing construction project”), and the said apartment is “the instant apartment house”.

(2) On March 16, 2006, the Do-do Housing and the Non-Party Housing Association have consulted with the Defendant in order to separately promote the instant housing construction project while performing the said land readjustment project in around 2006, while the Do-do Housing and the Non-Party Housing Association have been entrusted with the execution of the instant housing construction project by the Defendant. The Do-do Housing and the Non-Party Association notified the Non-Party Association of the fact that “if the instant housing construction project is implemented by development trust, the Defendant may manage the completed nature of the land readjustment project while the Defendant managed funds raised in the name of the Do-do Housing in order to complete the land readjustment project.”
