1. Case summary

A. On May 8, 2015, the Plaintiff’s title against the Defendants is “E” (filing the filing date/registration date/registration number/ patentee: F/G/D/ Defendants (hereinafter “instant patent invention”) in the Intellectual Property Tribunal on May 8, 2015.

(2) On January 25, 2016, the Korean Intellectual Property Tribunal rendered a trial ruling dismissing the Plaintiff’s request on the grounds that the Plaintiff’s request is groundless (hereinafter “instant trial ruling”).

B. Claim 1) Claim 1 of the instant patent invention : (a) the acceptance home (11) was set up on the inside side of the vertical frame (10) 1 of the instant patent invention ; and (b) the upper part of the horizontal frame (20) was set up on the above acceptance home; (c) the vertical frame (10) above is further formed with a fixed home (12) set up on the inside side of the above acceptance home (11) (hereinafter referred to as “concept 1”).
