A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car of D haloga car.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by negligence in the above occupational negligence, suffered injury to the victim E, including bodily injury that requires two weeks of medical treatment, etc., and stopped at a temporarily, and did not take necessary measures, such as providing rescue to victims, and went away from the Defendant’s vehicle. Ultimately, around June 21, 2013, E was receiving medical treatment at Seoul G Hospital, resulting in the death of acute scambroposis, while E was receiving medical treatment.
