The gist of the plaintiff's argument in the grounds of appeal is that there is no evidence to acknowledge the trade reservation of this case between the defendant and B, but there is no violation of the rules of evidence, incomplete hearing, and non-exercise of the right of explanation.

However, this cannot be a legitimate ground for appeal because it is merely an argument about the selection of evidence and fact-finding belonging to the exclusive authority of the court below.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
