The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment below, the court below was just in finding the Defendants guilty of all the charges of this case on the grounds as stated in its holding. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, thereby violating logical and empirical rules, exceeding the bounds of free conviction, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the violation of the Industrial Safety and Health Act.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
