1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on May 10, 1974 with respect to the area of 3573 square meters in Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Busan (hereinafter “G”) prior to H on December 31, 1974, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on December 26, 1974 in the name of Plaintiff B (the former name: J).

On August 17, 1978, the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of L was completed with respect to the area of 1297 square meters before K, and on September 9, 1987, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed in the name of Defendant C on September 8, 1987.

H The registration of ownership transfer was completed on December 23, 1997 in the name of Defendant C on January 12, 1998 with respect to the area of 3573 square meters prior to H, and the area of 3573 square meters prior to H and 1297 square meters prior to K was 4870 square meters prior to the merger on November 29, 200.

After that, on April 19, 2013, the 4870 square meters prior to K was divided into 2,437 square meters prior to K and E 2,433 square meters prior to the division, and among them, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on May 31, 2013 under the name of Plaintiff B on May 24, 2013 with respect to 2,437 square meters prior to K.

Of current 2,43 square meters in the attached Form 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,9,10,11,12,13,14, 15, 16, and 1, the portion of the attached Table 1,297 square meters in the ship connected in order to each point of the attached Table 1,2,3,43 square meters in the attached Table 2,43 square meters in E, shall be the part corresponding to 1297 square meters in the previous K before the merger.

B. The registration of transfer of ownership in M on August 19, 1966 was completed for F 1,904 square meters, and on December 22, 1970, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed under the Plaintiff B’s name on December 14, 1970. On October 17, 1984, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed under Defendant D’s name on December 5, 1974 pursuant to the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 3562, hereinafter “Special Measures Act”).

(Registration of ownership transfer in the above Defendant D’s name (hereinafter “instant registration of ownership transfer”). F 1,904 square meters was divided into F 150 square meters and N 1754 square meters on June 25, 1998.

N 1754m2 is divided into N 1183m2 on April 8, 2004 into N 1183m2 and O 571m2, and O 571m2 is divided into 00m20,000 on April 8, 2004.
