A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving of C Lastren motor vehicles.

On November 27, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.096% during blood transfusions, and was driving the said car without a driver’s license, which led to the operation of the said car in front of the central church in the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, to drive the road prior to the final church in the direction of the new red control hospital.

Since there is a house and the width of the road is relatively narrow, in such a case, there was a duty of care to safely drive the vehicle by accurately manipulating the other vehicle's progress and operating the steering gear.
