1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 93,00,000 won with 15% interest per annum from January 1, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, it is recognized that the plaintiff lent a total of KRW 93,000,000 to the defendant several times from September 15, 2001 to June 26, 2002. The defendant prepared a written confirmation that the plaintiff would pay the above money in installments from April 19, 2004 to the plaintiff around December 19, 2003, but did not pay the amount of installments once thereafter.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 93,00,000 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from January 1, 2016 to the day of full payment after the service date of the original copy of the instant payment order, as requested by the plaintiff.

The plaintiff's claim is accepted.
