A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 10, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license, driving a epoter II cargo vehicle at approximately KRW 200 meters from the front road of the salary market parking lot located in the corner of the window in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, to the front road of the same forest civil petition center located in the same Gu private road in the same Gu.

2. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the E Poter II cargo vehicle owned by the Defendant, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph 1.
