A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall issue sports betting tickets or similar things to provide property or property benefits to persons who win at the betting results, and shall open a space for gambling for profit;

The Defendant, along with B (hereinafter the same day’s suspension of prosecution), shall operate an online gambling site similar to the “sports soil” sold from May 1 to May 2, 201, and opened and operated the said online gambling site from May 2, 201 to May 2, 201 (the period of participation from May 25, 201 to May 25, 201).
