Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 23, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Incheon District Court on May 23, 2012, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 31, 2012.

At around 07:50 on April 18, 2012, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in a way that he was frightened by the victim C, etc. using the gap in which electric trains are mixed and that he was frightened within the electric car operated as Guro station from the offcheon Station of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 5dong-ro, 585-5 Seoul subway 1, and by using the gap in which electric trains are mixed.
