Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On November 15, 2019, the Defendant driven the above car at around 07:00, and tried to drive the car at around 40 km in the direction of the D apartment from the sub-chill distance to the sub-chill.

Since there is a road on which a crosswalk is installed, in such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle by checking whether or not pedestrians walk the crosswalk.

Nevertheless, due to negligence that the Defendant neglected this and did not properly see the front door, the Defendant got injured by the victim E(72 years of age) who was shocked for the front part of the said car, and suffered injury, such as the unknown frame of the Daejeon who was in need of treatment for about six weeks.
